We're confident MahaRasa Gold works. Our promise covers quality issues, wrong items, and damaged deliveries โ WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it personally.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window
7 days from the date of delivery. Applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
Eligible Reasons
Product arrived damaged or defective ยท Wrong product received ยท Allergic reaction (with doctor's note) ยท Packaging seal broken before delivery.
Non-Eligible
Opened and used products ยท Dissatisfaction with taste or texture ยท Products damaged due to customer misuse ยท Requests after 7 days.
Proof Required
A clear photograph of the product and packaging via WhatsApp is required for all return requests.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1
Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 79972 68886 or email hello@theauravital.com with your order number.
Step 2
We will confirm your eligibility and send you a return authorisation within 24 hours.
Step 3
Ship the product to our address: 151/B Siddhartha Nagar, Hyderabad โ 500038. We will provide a return shipping label for damaged/wrong items. For satisfaction-based returns, you bear the return courier cost.
Step 4
Once we receive and verify the return, replacement or resolution is processed within 3โ5 business days.
Refund Details
Refund Method
Refunded to your original payment method โ UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Razorpay wallet.
Refund Timeline
3โ5 business days after verification. Applicable only for defective/wrong product cases.
Full Refund
100% of the product price for verified defective or wrong product cases. Shipping refunded only if the error was ours.
Partial Refund
Not applicable โ we do not offer partial resolutions. It is either a full replacement or full refund for eligible cases.
Exchanges
Wrong Product
If you received the wrong variant, we will ship the correct one at no cost and arrange pickup of the wrong item.
Damaged Product
If your order arrived damaged, we will replace it immediately. Photograph the damage and send it via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Flavour/Variant Change
Once dispatched, we cannot change the product variant. Please double-check your order before confirming.
